It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved brother, Jay Tullier, on Thursday-July 4th, 2024. Born on November 12, 1962, Jay was not only a brother but a good friend and confidant. Growing up, we shared countless adventures, from building forts in the backyard to traveling the world together. Jay had an infectious laugh and a heart of gold, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. Those of you that knew him, knows he was deeply interested in Astronomy and had several large telescopes he used to explore the heavens. He made several trips traveling several thousand miles to the Solar Eclipse path just to view numerous solar eclipses. Also he was a Shortwave enthusiast and a member of NASWA – The North American Shortwave Association. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.
Jay is survived by his brother, Michael Vern Fagane.
