Jane Pettit

Jane Pettit passed at the age of 61 on August 11, 2024. She was born in Oldham, England on June 29, 1963 and worked as an activity director. Jane was an active member of Plainview Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending her time reading and loving her dogs, as well as dedicating her life to being a grannie.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Gary Pettit, daughters Belinda Pettit (Aaron Eppinett) and Victoria Parker (Jonathan Parker), grandchildren Elizabeth McCarroll and Maddy Eppinett, sister Ann Oliva, brother Mark Green (Susan Green), brother-in-law Shorty Brou, nieces Megan Oliva, Peyton Bowman, and Kerigan Bowman, nephews Michael Roberson, Jason Roberson, and Paul Brou, and honorary son Jason Truax.

She is preceded in death by parents Jim and Barbara Green, and sister-in-law Jeannie Brou.

Pallbearers will be Michael Roberson, Jason Roberson, Paul Brou, Triston Roberson, Katelynn Roberson, and Mason Roberson.

A special thanks to the whole family and friends that have shown their overwhelming love and support at this time.

There will be a wake held on Friday, August 16 at Plainview Baptist Church from 5pm to 8pm. A visitation will follow on Saturday, August 17 from 9am to 11am with a service starting at 11am and burial to follow.
