Rosalie Marson Robertson left this earth August 22, 2024.  She was lovingly cared for by family, friends, and staff of Clarity Hospice at the Crossing.   A long-time resident of Watson, worshipping with Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she taught kindergarten, CCD while supporting Live Oak schools and working with Society of St. Vincent de Paul and Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts of America.

Rosalie “Tish” born July 21, 1936, is survived by family Mary Ann Gipson, Zoey Waguespack, Lorraine (Sidney) Sparks, Alvin Marson, Arthur Melancon, Delois Bergeron, children Edward (Felecia) Robertson, Arlene Cheatham, David (Sandy) Robertson, grandchildren Angela (Ray) Simmons, Pamela Odom, Jessica (Cole) Willis, Michael Cheatham (Taylor), Rebecca (Chris) Hooge, Amanda Robertson, Anna (Vance) Pritchard, 12 great grandchildren and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents Rosalie Montagnino and Alvin B. Marson, her beloved husband Arch Robertson, Jr., sister Gloria Melancon, sister-in-law Bobbie Marson, brothers in law Winton Waguespack “Hootie” Robertson, Frank Bergeron and son in law Joey Cheatham, nephew “Trey” Marson and grand son in law Dwayne Odom as well as many dear friends she joins in Heaven.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 7, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Denham Springs, 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 Mass of Resurrection.  Seale Funeral Services will assist the family as Rosalie will be buried at Amite Church Cemetery, Denham Springs, LA alongside her beloved Archie.  The family welcomes all prayers as Rosalie is loved and dearly missed.

    Felecia,Arlene and David, I am just seeing this. I waited each week for your Mom to come into Oak Point so we could reminisce. Just catch up on the weeks who’s who. I am truly heart broken that I lost this dear friend. Please know that she was truly special. “May the Peace that passeth all understanding be in your heart your soul and your mind. Amen.”
