Carla Kay Boney, a resident of Kentwood, Louisiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday August 29th, 2024, at the age of 46. She was born in Natchez, Mississippi on July 23rd, 1978 to Danny Boney and Linda Morris, and was the granddaughter of Barbara Boney.
Carla is survived by her parents, Danny and Linda, her children, Madison, Parker, and Kaylee, and her granddaughter Rumi. She is also survived by her sister Sonya “Sunny” Boney, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her partner in life, Noah Eigwirth.
Boney is preceded in death by her grandfather, Huey Boney, and her grandparents Doyle and Juanita Morris.
Carla was funny, witty, and loved making people laugh. She also enjoyed spending her time outside planting flowers and working in her small garden.
Join us in celebrating the life of Carla at Chesbrough Baptist Church, Saturday September 7, 2024. Services will be led by Brother Dan McDaniel. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm, and the memorial service will follow immediately after starting at 3:00 pm.
