Carol Ann Allchin Rodney born in Miami, Florida and a resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana passed away October 9, 2024 at the age of 65. She made a career as an insurance adjustor for until working as a Walmart stocker and then a home cleaner in her later years. She enjoyed spending her time fishing, baking, crafting, gardening and going to the beach. She will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by Father and step-mother; Robert and Patricia Allchin, sons; Corey and Christian Rodney, sisters; Helen Patin, Sue Owens and Gayleen Courtney, brother; Gregg Allchin, nieces; Jaime Bedell, Olivia Courtney, Sonja Allchin, Sarah Allchin, nephews; Timothy Patin, Robert and Rodney Owens and Cooper Courtney, great-nephew; Cruise Patin, great-nieces; Mackenzie and Marie Bedell, Madison Patin, Violet Courtney, as well as Libby and Reese Owens.
She is preceded in death by her mother Ruth Elizabeth Allchin.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAANS)
The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice for giving incredible care to Carol especially Karley and Michelle for their outstanding nursing care.
