Annie Maxine Stafford

Annie Maxine Moore Stafford, a resident of Livingston, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2024 at the age of 71.

She was born on September 21, 1953 to Charles Garvin Moore and Annie Dean Herring Moore. She was a retired bus driver for the Livingston Parish School System and worked at the Livingston Parish Health Unit after retirement. She taught Sunday school for many years and loved her church family. She found great joy in watching movies, spending time with her family and friends, watching LSU games, dancing, working in her flower gardens, going on shopping trips and visiting the Smoky Mountains. She was known her for kindness and witty disposition.

Annie is preceded in death by her parents, Garvin and Dean Moore, maternal grandparents, Ray and Annie Herring, Paternal grandparents, Leo and Mary Moore, as well as her brother in law, Huland Martinez.

She is survived by her two daughters, Latricia Davis (Ron) and Christon Causey (Jake), three grandsons, Logan and Mason Davis, and Cooper Causey, granddaughter, Jaycee Causey, sister Connie Terry (Stanley), brothers, Charles (Verna Lee) and Russell Moore (Beverly), and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements have been made by Seale Funeral Service. Services will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 20335 Texas St, Livingston, LA 70754. Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm, and the funeral service will begin at 12pm. Annie’s burial will take place at Old Red Oak Cemetery following the funeral service. Pallbearers will be Logan and Mason Davis, Cooper Causey, Marty, Abram, and Bryson Martinez. Funeral service will be led by Brother Leo Miller from First Baptist of Denham Springs.
