John Philip Bessonett, age 85, of Denham Springs, La. Passed away on January 10, 2025 at Lady of Lake in the Heart Tower. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends. John was born on November 5, 1939, in Alexandria, La. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Bessonett for forty-one years, a step-daughter Mekell Traylor his loving grandchildren Ashtyn and Caden Traylor, Hunter Whittington, and loving pet Roxie. He is preceded in death by a brother Bruce Bessonett, a daughter Phylis Manning and parents John and Nelle Bessonett. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S.
