It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a loving husband, father, pawpaw, great pawpaw, brother and dear friend. Richard (Ricky) Sibley gained his beautiful wings with his son Robert (Robbie) Sibley on Thursday, February 13th at the age of 68, with his loving wife Bobbie Sibley standing beside him. He will forever be lovingly remembered by his daughter Brandi Sibley, his grand children that he raised with the kindness of his heart Bailey, Bryce and Byron (his bb). Also his grandchildren Dayton, Destin and Paige. His great-grand children that he took absolute pride in, Paisley Alaine, Grayson (bubba), Amilea, and Scarlett. His siblings, Bobby, James, Gerald, and Jenny, their families and his loving friends.
Gone but never forgotten. You will see him in the little things, the touchdowns of his favorite teams. The smell of fresh cut grass, the sound of a tractor starting. The laughter of his family, his most favorite thing.
Catching fish with the boys. And fixing something broken. The sound of deer corn coming out of the feeder. But these are just a few things that made him, pawpaw. Until we meet again, your loving father Jesus Christ will be holding your hand until we can all feel your embrace again.
There will be a visitation held at Seale Funeral Home in Livingston (20335 Texas St, Livingston, LA 70754) on Thursday, February 20 from 5 to 9pm.
