Dianne Giroir, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Leroy Giroir Sr., and her son-in-law, Randall R Verdin.

Born with a vibrant spirit, Dianne dedicated her life to her family, instilling in them the values of kindness, resilience, and unwavering support. She is survived by her three children: Cynthia G. Verdin (Randall – deceased), Stephanie G. Baker (David) and Alvin Leroy (Lee) Giroir Jr. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Taylor Giroir (Rebekah), Dustin Baker (Heidi), Emilee Hobbs (Kenyon), Ashton Baker, Kali Baker, and Roman Giroir. Dianne took immense joy in her role as a great-grandmother, doting on Rhett Giroir, Holland Hobbs, Channing Hobbs, Julian Hobbs, Riley Baker, Gavin Baker, Logan Baker, and Brooke Baker.

Dianne was also a cherished sister, survived by sisters Patricia Gill (Louis), Connie Alvarado, and Toni Guy (Bobby-deceased), along with numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Dianne’s warmth, humor, laughter, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family. A celebration of her life will be held at Healing Place Church in Denham Springs on Friday, March 14, 2025, where family and friends will gather to honor her remarkable journey and the indelible mark she left on our hearts.

Rest in peace, Dianne. Your love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those you leave behind.
