Quentin Fontenot

Quentin Fontenot, a resident of Denham Springs, passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 87. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard. He was a dedicated worker and retired as a photo engraver for the Advocate after 36+ years. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Fontenot; children, Kay Lowry and husband Steve, Kent Fontenot and wife Laura, Kelli Turner and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Cherie’ Lancon, Brittany Reyna, Derek and Anne-Marie Fontenot, Bradley Lowry, Alyssa Rogers and Ashtyn Turner; great-grandchildren, Jade, Brynn and Stryker Fontenot, Rowan and Malea Rogers, Abigail Lancon, and Mateo and Malachi Reyna, as well as siblings; Shirlene Matte and Milburn Fontenot.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Orelia Fontenot; siblings, Rosa May, Lucinda Elliot, Andrew Fontenot, Jane Thibodeaux and Linda Gaspard.
A visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Denham Springs, Louisiana on Monday, April 28 from 10:00am to 11:30am with a memorial service starting at 11:30am.
