Michael Tyler Bone

September 11^th, 1974 ~ May 5^th, 2025

Michael Tyler Bone went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when he passed away on May 5^th, 2025, at the age of 50. He was a resident of Jefferson Manor Nursing Home of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Michael loved the great outdoors and all of God’s wonderful creation. He never married, but he had a beloved, four-legged, best friend named “Buddy” his boxer. Michael worked at various places throughout his life, and he was last employed by Buck’s Deer Farm in Grangeville, LA.

He was survived by his mother, Carolyn S. Verret of Watson; brother, Stephen Bone and wife Christa of Walker; sister, Vanessa Browning and husband Brad “Happi” of Watson; nieces, Ruby Browning and Ashley Smith; nephew, Jonah Browning. Michael was preceded in death by his dad, Stephen Eugene Bone of Tennessee, stepdad, Cecil Kenneth Verret of Watson.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service is planned for Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Live Oak Church in Watson, located at 34890 LA Hwy 16, Denham Springs, Louisiana, 70706. The Service starts at 1pm, and it will be held in the Chapel, which is the older of the two sanctuaries. Please park in front of the playground and walk along the side of the Church to the door. The Service will be officiated by Pastor Stephen Hebert.

The family would like to thank Live Oak Church for their ongoing support for Michael and the family, and Jefferson Manor and the Hospice of Baton Rouge for their excellent care of Michael during some of his toughest times. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Michael’s name to the Benevolence fund at Live Oak Church.
