Joseph Toussaint, 90, of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023. He was a former resident of Chicago and his favorite city, Las Vegas. Joseph retired after many years with Amtrak. He loved spending time at the casino any chance he could and enjoyed going to church with his sister and Godson. He was a wonderful brother, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 28, at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, at 2 p.m. He is survived by his sister, Bernice Toussaint Lodge; brother, Jake Toussaint; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Toussaint; parents, Emile and Elizabeth Toussaint; and sisters, Julia Toussaint Johnson, Mary Toussaint Robins, and Agnes Walker; and brothers, John “J.B.”, Cecil, Edward, Emile, and Ernest Toussaint.
