Cynthia Rose Myers Thompson, “Cindi”, a native of Denham Springs La. born April 6th 1963 in Aransas Pass Texas, passed away on September 3rd, 2023 in Denham Springs, La. at the age of 60.
She will be greatly missed by her Mother, Annie Mae DeSouge Myers, son Gary Hoyt, daughter Leslie Duplessie and husband Wade, brother Raymond V. Myers IV and sister in law Dana Sullivan Myers, niece Codi Myers Richard and husband Jonathan, Nephew Raymond V. Myers V. and wife Cadie, and grandchildren Ashton Marie Hoyt and Cheyenne Victoria Hoyt. Along with numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Thompson, Father Raymond V. Myers III, Maternal grandparents Rose Mae Powell Davis and Richard E. DeSouge of Hammond, La., and Paternal grandparents Eddie Cooper Myers and Raymond V. Myers Jr. of Alexandria, La.
Cindi was a beautician for many years of her life. She loved spending holidays with her loved ones, making jokes and telling old stories. She loved all animals, but held a deep love of dachsunds, particularly her late “Dude Man” and will be greatly missed by her “Dink girl”.
Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, La. on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. followed by burial at Salem Cemetery.
