Lord I have given up my pride and turned away from my arrogance. I am not concerned with great matters or subjects to difficult for me. Instead I am content and at peace. As a child lies quietly in its mothers arms, so my heart is quiet within me. Israel trust in the Lord now and forever!
Bobbie Paci sadly passed away peacefully at the age of 94 with her family by her side on September 12, 2023 from Cancer. She was a long time resident of Baton Rouge. Bobbie was born to Chris Aultman and Cordye Aultman on February 7,1929 in Laurel Mississippi. \
Bobbie was blessed with five generation of family. She loved her family and the Lord above all else. She took great pleasure in her home and flower garden especially the roses. Bobbie was a longtime member of the Sherwood Baptist Church and recently the Midway Baptist Church. Bobbie had many friends over the years and cherished them all. She loved being with young people and listening to their stories. Bobbie had a special relationship with her long time neighbors Donna and Bob Jerri. Her favorite activities were Reading, playing cards, dominos, and traveling. She loved going to the library for hours and her trip to Europe was a favorite memory. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Forrest Paci, son Robert Hopper and sister Katie Bozeman.
Bobbie will be greatly missed by her family: daughters, Virginia Clanton and Starr Holmes and her husband, Carrol Holmes; daughter-in-law, Selena Hopper; grandchildren, Judith Frazier, Jennifer Johnson, Diana Andrews, Rachelle Foster, Andrew Holmes, Michael Hopper, Greg Holmes, Tim Holmes, Tammy Guy; great great-grandchildren, Shelby Frazier, Holly Frazier, Sarah Frazier, Isabella Brady, Abby Johnson, Sophie Stewart, Angel Hopper, Jacob Andrew, Madeleine Andrews, William Hopper; great great great-grandchildren, Able Henson, and Stevie Brady and many other family members.
The services will be held at Midway Baptist Church , 27264 S. Satsuma Rd., Livingston La.70754 on September23,2023 at 10am. Bobbie will join her husband at Greenoaks Cemetery.
