Judy Darlene Parker, 72, a resident of Zachary, La, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 6, 2023 at The Lodge at Tangi Pines, Amite, La. Judy was a dedicated and compassionate hospice nurse who touched the lives of many during her career. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. Her compassion was dedicated to people in need and also animals. She would rescue and render care to any animal that needed love and care. She especially loved her cats. There will be a visitation on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Seale Funeral home, 1720 S. Range Ave, Denham Springs, La. 70726 beginning at 10 AM until funeral services at 12 PM. Service will be conducted by Pastor Sam LoBello. Judy is survived by her daughter, Desiree Kent of Zachary, La; daughter, Candace Trotti and husband Nick Trotti, of Watson,La; three grandchildren : Danielle Duby, Beaux Stewart and Abigail Noland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Voywn H. Parker and Ruth J. Parker; granddaughter, Christian L. Kent.
Judy was a graduate of Istrouma High School and was a member of Live Oak Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, crocheting, crafts, making her family laugh, being a pet mom to many animals, and enjoyed listening to many styles of music. I have nothing but sweet fond memories of Aunt Judy & my beautiful cousins Desiree & Candice. I hope that our all mighty God will wrap his loving arms around you all after suffering this tremendous loss. I love you all.

So sorry to hear of Judy’s passing.( My Cousin) We grew up together and were good friends. She took care of my mother , Edna McDavid, while working at the Zachary Nursing home.
She will be missed and I am sure Uncle Voywn and Aunt Ruthie will welcome her.
