Mrs. Judy, Mr. Paul, & all of Bill’s family, I was shocked, devastated, & heartbroken to learn of Bill’s passing. I am very sorry & saddened by the loss. I am most grateful that he and I were able to reconnect & hang-out again last year, after almost forty years! Getting to visit Mrs. Judy, with Bill, was among the most memorable and favorite occasions of my trip back home. I cherish my fond memories of such frequent & many good times with Bill & Bob, when we were kids, back at RJHS! I loved & I am forever grateful for having been welcomed & treated like a member of the extended family during my adolescence. All my love! —Bud

    Paul Lowe & family,

I am so sorry for the loss of Bill. He was truly a ray of sunshine every time he entered my Motor Vehicle Office. I looked for him often, anticipating his arrival. He was so easy to talk to. I miss him very much, but I am happy for him resting in the arms of Jesus.
God bless the entire Lowe family and his very close friends.

    Sincerely,

    Judy
