Elmer A. Sloper, a resident of Denham Springs and native of New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the age of 94. He is survived by his two children Sondra Sloper and Jason Sloper, three grandchildren Dustin Birdwell, Avery Sloper, and Addison Sloper, two greatgrandchildren. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents. Harold and Anna Sloper, his wife Margaret Bruhl Sloper, grandson Brett Staley, and brother Clarence Sloper. He enjoyed playing pool. There are no services scheduled at this time.
