Troy “Larry” Hollomon, 74, of St. Francisville, Louisiana passed away Friday, November 22, 2024. He was a graduate of Citronelle High School. He owned his own nationwide trucking compamy, as well as a home building partnership. He loved to be on the water with a fast boat or on the road with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will truly be missed by those who’s lives he touched.
He is survived by his loving wife, Christine Halley-Hollomon; daughter, Hollie Lee Evans; sons, Troy “Anthony”, Shane Everette (Michelle); John Troy (Lindsay), and Sean Michael (Dawn); eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Mitchell; many nieces and nephews; as well as 3 special cousins, Brenda, Chris, and Debbie. Larry sang with them in the early years “Tell Laura I Love Her” while they swooned over their handsome cousin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Louise Hollomon.
Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Monday, December 2, from 9 a.m. until service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow Tuesday, December 3, at 2 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, 11480 Gulfcrest Road, Chunchula AL 36521. Oh my sweet cousin….no more pain….I remember when Chris brought you home to meet us and Mama ended up needing a new kitchen floor – we tore it up dancing! ha! Such good times throughout the years….you were not just someone who married my sweet beautiful cousin….you became true family. Where you saw Chris you saw Larry….we will take care of your girl….you go rest with all of the other loved ones and watch over us….you were one of a kind and I truly love and will miss you. Suzy

Christine, you and Larry will always have a special place in my heart 💜. Larry and (my Ken) knew how to make someone smile and get a laugh from one of their jokes or stories! They were both great husbands and goodly men. And thank the Lord, We will see them again one day soon.
You are in my thoughts and prayers, my friend. Our God will carry you through this too, one day at a time!
Love in Christ,
