Alejandrina “Dina” De La Cruz Henriquez, 79, a native of Citalá, Chalatenango, El Salvador and resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away peacefully with her family around her at her home. Dina was devoted to her Catholic faith and could often be heard reciting her prayers for her family and loved ones. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking Puppusas, walking and shopping at the thrift stores, but her true joy was spending time with her grandkids.
Dina is survived by her sons, Antonio Henriquez and husband, Cullen Trentham, Edward Antonio Henriquez and wife, Julie Henriquez, and son Jaime Flores; grandchildren, Kayla, Tony Henriquez, Tony Joseph, Brandon, Jordan, Jayden, Jasmine, Dyna, Layna, and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Liliana, Aubrey, Karter, and Baylor; sister, Reina Flores; brother, Carlos Manuel Flores; numerous nieces and nephews; and too many friends to mention because if you were a friend…you were family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo Henriquez; son, Arturo Flores; mother, Elvira Flores; and father Manuel Hernandez.
Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Thursday, December 5, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will resume Friday, December 6, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Denham Springs, from 10 a.m. until the Celebration of Mass at 11 a.m., officiated by Father Joseph Bresowar. Entombment will follow at St. George Catholic Cemetery, St. George, LA. Pallbearers will be Tony Henriquez, Tony Joseph, Brandon Paul, Jordan Lee, Jayden Antonio, and Lonnie Ray.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Carlos, her nephew, who was like a son to her and Julie Henriquez who was like a daughter. Please share your condolences at www.sealefuneral.com.

Prayers for the family and friends of Mrs. Drina. Our hearts hurt for all of you.
“He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be with them; He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.”
