On December 29, 2024, Danny Ray Boney peacefully passed away at the age of 69. He was a native of Alexandria, La and later moved to spend the rest of his life in Kentwood, La. Danny was born to Huey and Barbara Boney on October 24, 1955. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his four-wheeler with his side kick Sparky. Danny became a master carpenter and truck driver over his lifetime, and had several successful businesses. He was known for being a devoted husband, and loving father by those who knew him.
Danny Ray Boney is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Morris; daughters, Carla and Sonya Boney; son, Parker Boney; 9 grandchildren; a great grandchild; sisters, Diana Conway, Betty Morales (Richard), Marilyn Beavers; as well as his many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Huey Boney; mother, Barbara Boney; and daughter, Carla Boney.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
