August 31, 1949 – January 5, 2025
Robert Houston Anderson passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025, at the age of 75.
Bob was a devoted husband to Melissa Broyles Anderson and a loving father to his three children: Matthew, Teri, and Lauren. He also cherished his daughter-in-love, Christina. His legacy lives on through his seven beloved grandchildren: Brooke, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Olivia, Luke, Asher, and Eleanora.
Robert’s life was defined by his deep love for God, his family and the joy he found in their company. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him for the warmth and kindness he brought into their lives.
Bob enjoyed photography, bible study, history, travel, and bird watching.
Robert worked at LA DOTD for 30 years before enjoying his retirement in Alaska for 14 years then moved to Powell, TN.
May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him.
