Eunice Victorine “Vicky” Clark Brashier, age 81, died January 23, 2021, at Grace Nursing Home in Slaughter, LA and was formerly a resident of Watson, LA. She was born May 14, 1939. She was a preschool teacher at Winbourne Elementary and later Live Oak Baptist preschool. She also worked at the Livingston Parish Library in Watson. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. Brashier, a daughter Marjorie E. Brashier, Parents Esther Wells Clark and Otis Leo Clark, sisters Lauraette Hoffpauir, Lorraine Ortego, and two brothers Charles and Robert Clark. She is survived by a sister Sybil Bueto and husband Oscar. Sons David L. Brashier (Betty) and Raymond W. Brashier (Grace). Nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Friday, January 29, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. Seale Funeral Home, 1720 South Range Avenue, Denham Springs, LA 70726. Pallbearers are David, Wayne, Taylor, and Jake Brashier, Robert Mazely, Benton Foster. Burial following at Feliciana Rest Cemetery, Hokaday Road, Slaughter, LA.

So sorry to hear of Ms Vicky’s passing. She was one of the many sweet ladies at WABC that was so kind to me as a youth there. The family has my most sincere condolences.

I worked with “Vickie” and attended church with her at Winbourne Ave. Always considered her a special person and a dear sister in Christ. I am sorry for your loss.
