Dorothy Callegan Gomez, 83, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her home in Denham Springs, LA. Dorothy loved her plants. Dorothy was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church She loved to be around children and had a very giving heart. Dorothy was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 3, from 8 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park, Baton Rouge. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Elizabeth Ann Gomez, Daniel P. and Angelika Gomez, Nancy L. and Keith Boudreaux, and Stephen “Todd” and Missy Gomez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Gary Madison; sisters-in-law, Marie Price and Shirley Gomez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Gomez; parents, Sidney and Amanda Callegan; as well as siblings, in-laws and others that have gone on before her.     Lovely picture and obituary of a lovely woman, who had a full life with her family and friends. Now she begins a new life in heaven with others she loved and cared about. May God continue to bless those she loved and cared for.
