Robert “Bobby” Lee, Baton Rouge native, long-time employee of Gerry Lane Chevrolet and devoted husband and father. Prior to his time at Gerry Lane, he had a rewarding career at Sunbeam Bakery. Upon his retirement from Gerry Lane, he began his final career as caretaker for his wife, Lelia Kaye Lewis Lee, and daughter, Lisa Lee. Bobby was born August 21, 1942 to Emery Hardy Lee and Edna Wilson Lee. He met Kaye in 1960 and they married in 1961. They had four children, Karen Lee Sibley, Robert “Rob” E. Lee Jr., Lisa Lee and Kevin W. Lee. Bobby is survived by his wife; children Karen Lee Sibley and Farrell Sibley, Lisa Lee, Kevin W. Lee and Denise Lee; grandchildren Kevin Robert Temple, Kaylin Sibley, Kelci Sibley, Sebastian Manasco; siblings Larry Lee and Shelia Lee, Connie Townsend and Lawrence Townsend, Terry Lee and Debbie Lee, Brenda Atherton; and numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Jerry Lee, Wayne Lee, and Joyce Aucoin, and son Robert “Rob” E. Lee Jr. He was a resident of Walker, LA and passed on May 20, 2021 after a brief illness. There will be a celebration of life ceremony at a later date.

God bless the family I will be praying for their health and safety. Bobby was a dear friend of mine. We worked together at Gerry Ln., Chevrolet for years. He was a great person. He will be missed by all. Amen
