Age 56, a resident of Grangeville, La, Billy passed away on July 18, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. He graduated from Jackson High School, Jackson La. He was a truck driver for GL Sullivan Contractors for many years. He loved riding his motorcycle with his friends.
Billy leaves behind his wife Stacey Temple Duncan, children Joshua William Duncan, Zachary Taylor Duncan and Dusty Dawn Dufee. He is survived by his siblings Joe Earl Duncan, Brenda Smith, David Alan Mixon, Thomas Mixon and Bruce Duncan. Also, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, George Duncan and Argie Lee Duncan, brothers Dennis Mixon, George Monroe Duncan and infant Brian Duncan, sisters Lena Duncan, Carolyn Sue Cigales, Shirley Kyser, Delora Ann Watts and Baby Keelan Duncan.
Special Thanks to all all the Doctors and Nurses from Oshner Medical Center and Audubon Regional Health and Hospice for the care he received.

Billy always had a smile on. He enjoyed being around family and friends. Ready to beat you in a game of pool if you were up to losing. He will surely be missed

I just heard this heartbreaking news!! A wonderful man gone to soon..loved riding his Harley with us and was always down for a game of pool. He would dance His heart out at any given moment. You will forever be missed my brother. Love for always. Enjoy riding the golden streets in heaven.

Gone to soon ! A good man with a big heart. I have a lot of fun and crazy memories since when we were 20 years old..What a ride it was.
