Rest in Peace, Chuck. You were a good man, and a fine artist. A pretty good king too. I shall miss you, man…

Please accept my deepest condolences. Though I haven’t seen Chuck in years, I will always remember him as a kind person and someone I looked up to growing up. My God be with all of his family and friends.

So sorry to hear of this, Chuck was the ultimate human Teddy Bear anyone could ever know! Always friendly, always generous, always eager for some verbal one upsmanish. We shared the BRLT stage in 1986, it was both our first little theater show! My prayers are with his loved ones in this time of great sorrow.

So sorry to read about Chuck’s passing. We did theater together back in the 80’s and 90’s TBR (Formally Baton Rouge Little Theater.) He was a gentle giant. My condolences and prayers are with his family.

My thoughts are with you Sue during this difficult time. You stood beside your brother and cared for him until the end. The Lord sees your caring spirit and I am blessed to have worked with you as the Dean of the SHP. Susan

Chuck was a good friend vice versa to me through good times and bad on both sides. He was a funny guy / and funny gamer kept me laughing. My heart goes out to him and his family.
My condolences 💐 to the family.

Chuck was an amazing artist and good friend. He designed the logo for my wine-tasting show at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival as well as my consulting company and several CD covers. He produced a really funny music video for Marc Gunn; I’ll post it soon. Au revoir, Chuck.

We do not weep as those without Hope. Chuck and I served the Lord together in the First Baptist youth group in the mid 70s. Among other things we did, I edited the youth newsletter (my start on a 40 year career in journalism and public affairs) while he drew the Adventures of Super Pickle (perhaps the beginnings of his career). Pickle’s antics mirrored those of “Up” Chuck’s. I would love to have copies here on earth, but I know we’ll have a good laff over them in Heaven. See you in the Morning, buddy.
