Lillie Carson passed away at Grace Nursing Home Saturday, morning on November 20, 2021, where she was a resident for the last six years. She was a member of Live Oak Baptist Church in Watson, LA. Visiting at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 9:00am until 11:00am. Services will be conducted by Rev. Leon Carpenter at 11:00am. Burial will be at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Prairieville, LA. She was survived by her son, Ronnie J. Causey and wife Betty, stepson Keith Carson and wife Ginger, sister Stella May, niece Jennie Naquin and family, nephew Wallace May and family. She was preceded in death by her husband Ned Carson, her parents, O.J. and Mary Jane Mire and two stepsons, Jeff Carson and Ned Carson, Jr. Pallbearers will be Jonathan carpenter, Michael Nickens and Jeffrie May, Codie Naquin, Neal Carpenter and Ray Diez. Honorary Pallbearer will be Joel Lavigne. A special thanks to Dr. Venu Kakarala and Grace Nursing Home for the care they gave her.
