Visitation will be held at Live Oak United Methodist Church, Watson, Thursday, December 30, from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., officiated by Rev. Dickie Davis. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by her loving husband, Jimmie “J.P.” Price; children and their spouses, Jennifer and Phil Brecheen, and Lisa and Leif Martin; grandchildren, Tiffany Beach and husband, Jeremy and Lindsey Brecheen, and Alex and Audrey Martin; siblings and their spouses, Debbie and Troy Stein, Bruce and Linda Daigle, and Lisa Holmes; nieces and nephews, David Holmes, Jr., Jeremy Holmes, Kristi Holmes, Kyle Story, Koby Lee, Kelly Crothers, and Kerry Daigle; and her beloved bulldog, Gus. Im so sorry Jimmie, we will miss Kathi very much. She was my birthday buddy, so I will especially remember her on our day. She always was fun to talk to! I enjoyed so much being able to visit with both of you the last time I was in town. I appreciated so much that last family reunion we had… if it wasn’t for Kathi it may not have happened. She worked her behind off on it. She was so awesome!! We love you Jimmie and are sending our thoughts, prayers and lots of hugs from Minnesota to you!

J. P.,
I’m so sorry. I’m at a loss for words for all of you. I know this is harder than anything you can imagine. We’re both ill right now and can’t make it for visitation or the service.
There will never be any words to help the loss and pain you all are going through.
