A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend went to her eternal home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. She was 78 years old. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She enjoyed do puzzles, working in her yard and spending time with her family, especially the grandkids. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of 56 years, Howard W. Barton, Jr.; Leah Rose Benoit and husband Jody; two grandchildren, Sydney Rose Durham, Taylor Elizabeth Durham; two brothers, Leonard Addison and wife Patsy, Gerald Addison and wife Charlene; sister, Arlene Davis and husband Ronnie; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Livingston, on Friday February 25, 2022 from 10am until Celebration of Life Service at 12pm, conducted by Rev. Russell Hinson & Rev. Roger Dunlap. Burial will follow in Montpelier Community Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Arnee Addison; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rev.
