Sherri Lynne Pepper Marino passed away at the young age of 55 on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 11:05 pm. She was comfortable at her home in Walker, Louisiana, surrounded by her family, after a brief battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Jeffrey Marino; three daughters, Kristen Kleinpeter and husband Joey, Brandi Perkins and husband Brandon, and Angeleah Marino; granddaughters Hannah and Charlotte Kleinpeter; mother, Geneva Shelton; and sisters Eva Pepper and Melissa Brown. She was preceded in death by her father Horace Pepper. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 12, at Faith Fellowship PCG in Denham Springs, lasting from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending a donation in her honor to the American Cancer Society.

I miss our talks. We laughed, shared good times and not so good times and always came to a conclusion to our problems. I will continue to pray for the things we talked about. I will miss you until we meet again where there is plenty of laughter.

This breaks my heart…she was the sweetest…I haven’t talked to her in years…she was in my thoughts so often…my heart breaks for and with her family ..
