Jill is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew (Linda) Reads and Mary Pulsen. Jill is survived by: her loving wife of 15 years, Carolynn Lee, her siblings Tim (Debbie) Eads and Colleen Eads, her children Mackenzie (Nico) Allen, Moses (Nicole) Castellano, and her nephews Colby and Chase Eads and Cameron Sites.
Jill met the love of her life in 2006, and together they built a beautiful life together. Jill never knew a stranger, and was always the life of the party. Her laugh was contagious. To know her was to love her.
She dedicated herself to her work when she was working, but always knew how to have fun. She served her community by delivering Meals On Wheels to the elderly in Livingston Parish. She was cherished by all who knew her, professionally or personally. Her work ethis was shadowed by her fierce bravery. For eighteen months, she fought cancer. It was her sheer determination to spend as much time with her loved ones as she could that helped her to “just keep swimming”. We are all thankful to have had the time we did, we only wish we had more. Jill will be missed, but she will live on forever in our memories of her.
A celebration of her life will be held at Livingston Parish Council On Aging in Denham Springs on April 16, from 2pm to 5pm.
