I had the pleasure of working with Anna for 17 years, going through times of great joy and celebration, to times of great sorrow and tragedy & everything in between. She had such a huge heart & an amazing sense of humor, which always put people at ease & made for some really fun times. She cared so deeply for her Team, coworkers & customers, and developed many strong friendships along the way. It always made me happy to see her continue to gather with those friends long after we left Direct. She left lasting impressions on all that she met, including me. I mourn her loss with the rest of her Direct family. It’s incredibly sad and just doesn’t seem real.
To her family, you were her life, the reason behind everything she did & her reason for living. She talked about her kids & grandkids every day and loved you fiercely!
A true Mama Bear who would have done anything in her power to love & protect you.
It’s hard to believe she’s gone and that we’ll no longer see that big smile & hear that wonderful laugh. Although we know she is in a better place, one without pain or sickness, I also know we will all mourn Anna’s loss for a long time to come. She was a beautiful person who is gone way too soon.
Fly high Anna and then rest in eternal peace. Lori T

My dear friend Anna, I will miss you and I am so blessed to call you, my friend. We have had many years of laughs and we had many years of tears. We shared our Family memories and also our Direct Family memories as well. I will miss our calls and conversations and our support for each other. Rest well my dear friend Anna.

It was a pleasure to work with Anna for many years and I quickly knew how special she was. She was dependable and gave her job her all. She cared about our customers and especially the employees. Her smile and humor brightened everyday. We always had a good relationship and I considered her a friend. Even though we were no longer at Direct, we continued to stay in touch.
She loved her family fiercely and this will be hard on all of them. I am praying for comfort and strength for each of them. Anna is gone much too soon and it is hard to imagine a world without her in it. I will always love and miss her. 💔😓

Still at a loss for words. From getting in trouble for not telling one of our moms we were riding the bus to the other’s house as kids to sitting out on the porch, smoking cigarettes and talking with her as we’ve grown up… Hard to believe she is gone, but she’ll never be forgotten. Love y’all!
