Tammy Holifield was granted her angel wings on September 25, 2022 at her home in Denham Springs, LA.   She was born on February 21, 1960.  After finishing school, always being a straight A student, she met the love of her life, Craig.  They were married and had two children.  She was a homemaker and loving wife.  She was preceded in death by her father, Wilton O. “Buster” Plauche, Jr. and her grandparents.   She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Robert Craig Holifield; daughter Dana Holifield Davis and husband Kevin Davis; son Robert Blake Holifield; mother Camillia Pino Plauche; 4 siblings, Gerald “Jerry” Plauche, Sr., Connie Plauche Melancon and partner Eric Brabham, Gregory “Greg” Plauche, Sr., Cynthia Plauche “Cindy” Michelet and husband Scott Michelet; 3 sisters-in-law, Debra Holifield Burns, Clair Holifield Pourcy, Carol Ann Holifield Jones and husband Mark Jones, and many nieces and nephews.

Services are October 8, 2022 at Seale Funeral Services, 1720 S. Range Ave. Denham Springs, LA. Visitation will be at 9:30 AM followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM.
