I didn’t know you at all but I want to thank you for being a organ donor. I had a liver transplant 18 years ago and I just recently found my donor’s mom and dad. I will be praying for you and your family.

Dalton you are the biggest surprise of my life. Having twins was something special. You brought so much joy to my life. Even on your worse day you made me proud. You are one of my greatest accomplishments. I feel so blessed that God chose me to be your mother. I miss your sweet smile and the sound of you laughing. I will miss you every second until we can be together again. I love you son more than words can express. Please kiss your daddy “Bubba” for me and tell him I love him. Love, Mom
