Lindsey Danielle Boles

02/18/1985 - 01/22/2019

Obituary for Lindsey Danielle Boles

In the presence of her loved ones, Lindsey Danielle Boles passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at Lane Memorial Hospital in Zachary, La., after a long and courageous battle with Diamond Blackfan Anemia. The phrase "small but mighty" embodied Lindsey's spirit. She came into this world at a tiny 4 pounds, 14 ounces, and every second after that, she fought to live fully and to enjoy her life. In her short 33 years on this earth, and despite her often debilitating illness, Lindsey found love, earned her Bachelor's degree, developed a passion for LSU and Saints football, and surrounded herself with loving family members and friends. She was truly a fighter, in every sense of the word. A lifetime resident of Central, La., Lindsey is survived by her mother, Julie Marie White of Central; her father, Danny Eugene Boles of Pride, La.; her brother and sister-in-law, Matthew Eugene Boles and Jessica LeJeune Boles, and their children/her nephews and niece, Brayden Cade, Kali Leigh and Connor Eugene, all of Central; as well as her paternal grandmother and grandfather, Carroll Eugene and Patricia Beattie Boles of Central. Lindsey was also lucky enough to have found love twice in her short life, with both the late Lee Naul of Baton Rouge and Jeremy Denova of Livonia. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Melvin Davis White and Edna Earle Massey White of Baton Rouge. A visitation in Lindsey's honor will be held at Seale Funeral Home, 9995 Hooper Road in Central, on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 5-8 p.m., and Friday, Jan. 25, 10 a.m.-noon, with funeral services to follow at noon. Burial will follow immediately at Lewis Cemetery, 10000 Blackwater Road in Baker. I am so sorry for your loss, Revelation 21:3,4 tells of a time in the near future when God will do away with tears, death, mourning, outcry, and pain. We all await this momentous time. I send my deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time.
