A resident of Walker, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at his home at the age of 52. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at River of Life Worship Center, Port Vincent, beginning at 9:00am. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am. He is survived by his two children, Brook Roshto and Damon Roshto and wife K’lei, four grandchildren, Dakota Bailey, Mason Bailey, Elijah Parkin, and Phoenix Roshto, mother, Nancy Joy Tate, brother, Donald Ray Roshto and wife Teresa, and sister April Normand and husband Chad and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Roshto, grandparents, Elex and Beth Roshto and Richard and Lodell Haynes, and numerous aunts and uncles. Harvey enjoyed playing on his phone and was on it often. Harvey loved serving others and always lent a helping hand to his neighbors.
