    Ian & Laura,

Our deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. I have such wonderful memories of my Aunt Nancy and I always looked forward to seeing her. Her positive attitude and constant smile always made me feel welcome and appreciated when I was with her. Even as a young boy, she always made me feel like a valued peer and I relished our conversations over the years. I will miss her so. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Sincerely,

    Fletch & Rachel Spies

I worked closely with Nancy at the Book Barn for several years. I Loved our conversations. She was so interested and interesting. Such a sense of humor! She could talk intelligently about so many subjects. I also admired her ability to listen without judgment. . She was a treasure, and it was my pleasure to have known her.

Ian and Laura, I am very sorry and send my deepest condolences. Your mother, Nancy, was one of the most special people I have ever met – you two are so fortunate to have such a wonderful mother. Nancy was smart, fun, caring, independent-minded, and oh my, so hip and cool! I admired her so much. Thanks for posting this thoughtful obituary and beautiful photo. Though Nancy is no longer with us here on earth, she has a special place in my heart always! Take care, and God bless you.
