Earl “Buddy” Heckman Jr. passed away in the early morning hours of March 9, 2021, at his home in Denham Springs, Louisiana. He was 63 years old. Mr. Heckman was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and was born on April 27, 1957. Buddy had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a good joke at the ready. He and his family loved trips to Disney World and his favorite activities were riding “car 4” (Spaceship Earth) and people-watching while “eating pizza at the PO” (Port Orleans). He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Ione Armand Heckman and Earl W. Heckman Sr., and his wife Dianne Hebert Heckman. Those left to cherish his memory are his son and daughter-in-law, David and Danielle Heckman, son and daughter-in-law Brian and Lauren Heckman, and sister Catherine J. Heckman. Visitation will be from 12pm-2pm, with a memorial service at 2pm, on Saturday March 20, at the chapel of Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs.
