May 17, 1955 ~ April 16, 2021

On Friday April 16, 2021 at the age of 65, Steve passed away at his home around 2am from a “heart attack”. To know what kind of a man Steve was, you only had to see the love in the eyes of his daughters and grand daughters. To know Steve was to love Steve, as he knew no strangers. He was a happy, fun loving guy that enjoyed grilling, dancing, listening to music, fishing and gatherings with family and friends. He was a brilliant carpenter and never turned down anyone that needed his help. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Steve is survived by his daughters, Nicole Tymon Tran and Angelle Tymon Bennett, his son in laws, Vinh Tran and Ryan Bennett, his grand daughters Lily Tran and Brielle Bennett; his brother Bernard Tymon, Jr. and his sister Debbie Tymon Henry and her husband Mike Henry. Steve is also survived and will be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Tymon, Sr. and Doris Foy Tymon.
There will be a memorial with family and friends to celebrate Steve’s life and honor his memory Saturday, April 24, 2021 beginning at 12:00pm and lasting until 3:00pm at 35524 Sandberry Lane, Walker, La. 70785.
Family and friends may sign the online guestbook to share your special memories of Steve or to leave a personal note to the family.

    Daddy,

I can’t believe you are gone so soon. I love spending time with you, playing pool, dancing with you, playing cards, and just hanging around a fire talking about anything and everything. You are always there for me no matter what and I will miss being able to call you just to hear your voice. I am sad that Brielle won’t get to know her Pop-Pop in person, but I will make sure to tell her all about you and the wonderful dad you are! Hope you are flying “free as a bird now” and reconnected with Granny Pumpkin and Paw-Paw Tymon! You will be forever missed! Ryan, Brielle and I love you more than you will ever know. Thanks for being you, Dad… we all love you!

    Xoxo

I’m so deeply saddened by the loss of my uncle Steve. He was a great man. He always cheered for me and my kids and I will be eternally grateful for his consistent support! I can’t remember a time at any family function not seeing a smile on his face!! I know he loved us all and he will be greatly missed.
Sending all my love to our family during this time of loss, especially my Aunt Toni, Nicole and Angelle!
    Rest In Peace 😘

My dear friend, Rest In Peace and you’d better save me a chance at the pool table.
