February 21, 1929 – April 23, 2021
A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend went to her eternal home on Friday, April 23, 2021 at the age of 92. Born in Sorbas Spain to Anna and Pedro Galera. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 16and spent most of her life in Canton, Ohio. She was a member of the Spanish American Club and St. Benedict Catholic Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Angela Cook, Dianna (Steve) Stathes; three grandchildren, Michael Cook whom she raised and loved with all her heart, Steven Stathes Jr., Alicia Totz; greatgrandchild, Chance Stathes and many friends and family. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband, Rufino Fernandez; her parents, and grandson, Brandon Stathes. Mom you will live forever in my heart and memory.
