Carmen, Sally, Derek, Medlin and all of the family, We would like to send our love and prayers to all of you. So very sorry Mr. Don passed . I will never forget the FIRST time I met him – he had come from OK to visit Binky and meet me for the first time ( I had no idea he was coming ). This was probably about 1996 I’m guessing . I had been cooking fried pork chops and a big ole meal and as usual Bink was hours late coming home. As Mr. Don was walking up the porch steps, I was hurling pork chops out the door into the yard. ( not seeing him of course ) I was mad as a wet hornet . He thought I was throwing them at him and I didn’t even know he was coming. He picked on me for 20 years over that!! What do they always say about first impressions!! Yikes! I loved him very much.
