A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, aunt and friend went to her eternal home on Friday, July 2, 2021. She was 62 years old. Donna loved flowers and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She leaves behind to cherish memories of her loving husband of 8 years, Steven Wheeler; daughter, Melissa Gay; son, Raymond Blount III and fiancé Sandra Farbe; mother, Nihla Allen; sixteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Blount; two brothers, George Allen and fiancé Andrea Jones, Murray “Mitchell” Allen Jr and wife Debbie; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church of French Settlement, 16735 LA-16, French Settlement, LA, on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 9am until Funeral Service at 11am, conducted by Rev. Brad Dixon. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Chasady Marie Gay and her father, Murray L Allen. Condolences may be offered at www.sealefuneral.com
