Steven Joseph Kiffe, Jr., 70, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at his residence in Central, on July 9, 2021 at 12:39 p.m. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accountin from LSU. He was an investment advisor and the owner of The Kiffe CPA Firm. He is survived by his wife Linda of Central, sisters Roberta Pitre and Roxann Guidry of Larose, 3 sons; Daniel Kiffe (Aline), Aaron and Andrew Kiffe all of Lafayette, 3 step-children: Jennifer (Trent) Erwin of Walker, Josh (Renee) Hooker of Central, and Lindsey (Brian) Treuil of Walker. He had 11 grandchildren; Raven Kiffe, Joseph and Jackson Kiffe all of Lafayette, Nic Cook of Walker, Preston, Reagan, and Faith Erwin of Walker, Claire Hooker of Eldorado, AR, Kailey and Corban Hooker of Central, and CJ Treuil of Walker, and 3 great-grandchildren: Rion Moore and Blakelynn Larry of Eldorado, AR, and Aleigha Cook of Walker, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents Steven Sr. and Roberta Kiffe of Larose and son Jacob of Houston. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. with service to follow at 1 p.m. at Magnolia United Methodist Church, 16024 Greenwell Springs Road, Greenwell Springs, LA 70739. Following the service there will be a small reception at the church in the Fellowship Hall.     Steve, you had a good run. I still recall your cajun wedding down on the bayou. RIP my Delt brother.

    Mr. Steve will always have a place in my heart. He helped raise me as much as my own father, and Daniel is as much a brother to me as my own brother.

    I have many fond memories of him growing up, and I’ll always be thankful for his guidance and support.

    He was a good man-
