I grew up with Billy’s sister Kathryn, so I was at his home a lot. I was Kathryn’s maid of honor at her first wedding to Jerry. I loved all the Watts, Ms. Helen, Mr. Guffey, Billy and Kathryn. My brother named his child, who only lived a couple of months after Ms. Helen. Billy was like a brother to me. The last time I saw him was at Immaculate Conception at the pavilion. Long time. He was very special in my heart. I will keep your family in my heart and prayers. Linda (Bennett) Zeigler.

    Shelia, Please accept our condolences.
We remember very fondly starting in Cub Scouts with you and working with Billy in Cubs then Scouts. Billy’s campfire stories and camp cooking were always the best.

My heart is broken for you Sheila, Jacob, Josh, & Jody. Billy was such a wonderful influence on my sons and so many other scouts. He always had a way of making things fun and interesting. I’ll especially miss his storytelling. Fly high my friend. Hugs and prayers.
