William “Bill” A. Hodges passed away peacefully at age 81 on August 3, 2021 with his family by his side. He was a loving husband to Jackie Jeffirs Hodges and a devoted father/PawPaw Bill to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Words cannot describe the love that his family had for him and that he had for his family. He was a graduate of Albany High School and a resident of Denham Springs.  He was a retired member of Pipefitters Union, Local 198. He was a Past Master of Istrouma Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife Jackie, his daughters Charlotte (Chris), Stacie (John), and son Robert (Shawn), grandchildren Brittney, Brandon, Craig, Lindsey, Tommy, Laura, Amber, and Matthew, great grandchildren Karleigh, Lillie, and Masen, and brother Richard Hodges.     Jackie I am so sorry about Bill I always loved to be around him the few times I was but I think he was my favorite uncle. I know he will be missed by many, he was a great guy

    Mr. Bill was a life long neighbor and great friend to my entire family. I will miss seeing him sitting outside, Always a friendly smile and a wave! The Lea family sends prayers and condolences.
