2021ObituariesBrian W. Toler

September 28, 2021by SealeUser4

Brian W. Toler, resident of Central, Louisiana, passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 55. Brian courageously battled cancer since January of 2020, always keeping a positive attitude, never complaining, and always trying to make everyone else feel okay. Until the very end, even on the most painful of days, Brian would say he was doing great. He was always smiling, melting the heart of those that loved him the most. Friends and family of Brian best remember him for his generosity, his cute dimple when he smiled, his scruffy beard, warm hugs, and stories of his work adventures as site manager at various plants over the years. Brian is survived by his loving fiance’ Donna Daigle. She was his biggest fan, true love and caregiver. She adoringly held his hand until his last breath along with his sister DeeDee and his best friend Jerry Redden “Tookie”. Brian is survived by his siblings, Bob Toler, Jr., Cathy Smith, DeeDee Dupree, Kevin Toler and Kristen Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Tillett, his father, Robert Toler, Sr., and step-father, John Tillett. Brian was a Christian and now joins his recently deceased mother in Heaven in the arms of his Lord and Savior. A huge thank you to Sister Maria Dulce for her diligent and unwavering prayers.

Funeral and Celebration of Life Services will be held at Kristenwood Reception Center on 10-3-21 @ 5:00 p.m.

I’m so glad I got to know Brian. He was such a wonderful person and one of my favorite people. He treated me like I was his child and never let me forget it; from the day we met to the last day we spoke, he called me “baby girl.” I’ll always treasure the memories I got to make with him, and although I didn’t get to see much of him in the end, he was still the Brian I’ve always known and loved.

Brian was my very best friend, the one person I could, did, and still do share everything with with no fear of judgement. He did the same with me. He was the love of my life. He showed me more love in the almost 3 1/2 yrs that we were together than I’ve had in my lifetime. His love was unconditional and true and not everyone is fortunate to find something like that. He was my hero, my knight in shining armor and the list could go on… I’m a better person just having him in my life. Brian wanted to live. He fought harder than anyone I’ve ever known. Altho he suffered tremendous pain, esp towards the end, you wld never kno it because he never complained. He would always say he was great. He worried more abt others than he did himself. That sweet sweet smile and loving attitude was the highlight of my days. His hugs and kisses and hearing him say I love you made every single day with him so special.
I miss him more than words can say. He will always be my everything. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I don’t believe I ever had the pleasure of meeting Brian, however I feel like I knew him through his sister, my friend. I know he was loved & he loved back! I know he was a fighter for life & he fought a good fight! I know he has to be so thankful for all his supporters, family & friends. I know he is happy in no pain & at rest with his mom.

Brian was a wonderful brother and friend. He was so loving and battled cancer like a champion. He will remain forever in our hearts and I will miss him more than words can express.
