He will always have special memories for me. His friendship with my father and how he and Ms. Catherine welcomed our Georgia transplanted family in and taught us all about Cajun food and culture. God so blessed us when he brought this man in our lives. I know Catherine, Melanie, Kevin, Carrie and Chad will miss him greatly as will all his grandchildren and great grands

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Mr. Pete was a man amongst men. I will always remember that fabulous smile. His personality was larger than life and his ability to make you laugh.
