I have had the privilege of knowing Wayne since he was a young man in my “College and Career” Sunday School Class at Amite Baptist Church back in the 1980’s. He was a devote Christian and a Fun Loving friend! He was always smiling and had a way of brightening up the room when he was with us. I have many great memories from our ski trips and fellowship through church.

As often happens, I have only seen him on rare occasions in the past few decades…but I still miss just being with Wayne. He sought to serve the Lord and was compassionate and caring in all of his ministries to others! I know he is with the Lord now and things could not be better for him! Until we meet again my friend!
