Mrs. Diane was a long-time customer of ours. When she called, I knew a service call was only part of it because she loved to talk. Since I’m also a talker, our conversations always lasted a while! I thoroughly enjoyed knowing her, and she is already missed. Our sincerest condolences to the family.
Sincerely,

A woman with one of the biggest hearts I have ever known. Someone you could laugh with, cry with, or just sit in quiet contentment with (not that we were ever quiet!) It’s hard to believe someone so much larger than life could pass away so young. She will always be loved, treasured, and missed. Until we meet again, my girl. Save me One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer!

I knew Mrs Diane through her daughter Elizabeth Cothran. I can remember the first time I met her. Beth needed a ride to go see her mom so me an her loaded up and took off. When we got there Mrs Diane welcomed me into her home as if I was one of her own. She was a very sweet lady. I know she will be truly missed by many. Beth I am so sorry and will be praying for you and the family.
