March 17, 1962 ~ June 24, 2022

Tom Jenkins was born March 17, 1962 in Pasadena, Texas.  He moved to Denham Spring at the age of 5 months with his parents, Cleston Adrian Jenkins and Carol Earles Hollier.  His life was tragically ended on June 24 in Livingston Parish.

Tom was known as “The Big Guy” with a zest for life.  He was an avid sportsman who loved boating, hunting, motorcycles, big trucks and his dog. Outside of sports, he was an accomplished musician who had a love for a variety of genres. His last vocational position was Project Controls Specialist in the oil and gas industry.

He is survived by his son, Kyle Jenkins, Victoria Stokes and his granddaughter, Madelyn Blake “Maddie” Jenkins who called him “Pop-Pop”.  He is also survived by his father, Adrian Jenkins and wife Lori of Denham Springs, his mother, Carol Hollier of St. Amant, a sister, Adrienne Jenkins Clark and husband, Chad Clark of Denham Springs, ,  stepbrothers, Waylon Dean of Denham Springs and Derrick Dean and wife Randi of Slaughter, La., a nephew, Kyle Clark, two nieces, Addison and Charlie Clark, a beloved nephew and his wife, Mitch and Brooke Kramer, a special niece, Jade Jenkins, and a great-niece, Sidney Kramer.

He was preceded in death by his three younger brothers, Richard Dean Jenkins, Michael Neal Jenkins, and Don Carroll Jenkins.  Also by his paternal grandparents, Harvell and Delsie Mae Jenkins and maternal grandparents, W.S. and Edna Earles.

While living in Houston, Texas, he attended Sugar Creek Baptist Church. As a child, he invited Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Savior and we have the assurance that he is with our Heavenly Father for all eternity.

Funeral arrangements will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, La. at 1:00 PM with visitation starting at 11:00 AM.  Pastor Chad Richardson, Tom’s cousin, will be the officiant

Such sad news. I met Tom thru his work with RLG and loved his zest for life, big laugh and rolling up his sleeves to get started helping our clients. He’ll be missed but not forgotten.
